1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nevengi website at www.nevengi.com and its services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Nevengi ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Services

Nevengi provides an AI-powered CV customisation and analysis service. Our Services include:

• CV upload and AI-powered analysis, scoring your CV against industry standards.
• Generation of a professionally formatted, deeply customised CV based on your uploaded document and career preferences.
• Delivery of the generated CV to your email address.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & User Data

When using our Services, a temporary session is created to track your progress through the CV analysis and generation flow. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information in your CV and onboarding responses.
• Ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit.
• Not uploading any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's rights.

5. CV Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content of the CV you upload. By uploading your CV, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, analyse, and transform your CV content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

5.2 Generated Output

The customised CV generated by our AI is produced for your personal use. Once delivered, you may use the generated CV for any lawful purpose, including job applications. We do not claim ownership of the generated output.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Nevengi website, including its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, algorithms, and underlying technology, are owned by Nevengi and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Our premium CV generation service is available for a one-time fee as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details.

6.3 Refunds

As the generated CV is a digital product delivered electronically, refunds are not offered once the drafting process has begun. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your generated CV, please contact us at support@nevengi.com and we will resolve the issue.

7. 60-Day Interview Guarantee

We are confident in our Human + AI approach. If you do not receive an interview request within 60 days of receiving your final CV, we will rewrite your Master CV for free.

7.1 Eligibility Requirements

To claim the 60-Day Interview Guarantee, you must:

• Notify us between 60 and 90 days after receiving your final CV by emailing support@nevengi.com.
• Provide proof of at least 15 job applications sent using the CV we provided. Acceptable proof includes application confirmation emails, screenshots of submitted applications, or recruiter portal records.
• Apply to jobs matching your experience level. The jobs applied for must reasonably match your qualifications and experience. For example, a Graduate-level candidate cannot claim the guarantee if they exclusively applied for Senior or Executive-level positions.

7.2 What the Guarantee Covers

If you meet all eligibility requirements and have not received any interview requests, we will provide a complete rewrite of your Master CV at no additional cost. This includes a fresh analysis and rebuild by our Human + AI process.

7.3 Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply if:

• The claim is made outside the 60-90 day window.
• Fewer than 15 job applications were submitted using our CV.
• Applications were submitted to positions significantly above or outside your experience level.
• The CV content was substantially modified by you after delivery.

7.4 No Cash Refunds

The 60-Day Interview Guarantee provides a free CV rewrite only. Cash refunds are not offered under this guarantee.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Services use artificial intelligence to analyse and generate CV content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may not be perfect. You should review and verify all generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee that using our generated CV will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome (subject to the 60-Day Interview Guarantee terms above).
• The quality of the generated CV depends on the quality and completeness of the information you provide.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any generated CV before submitting it to employers.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated CV content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nevengi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using our Services in a manner that could harm us or other users.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
